Hello Jim and welcome. Thanks first of all for the informative post. I have heard that there are going to be some changes made to help credit card holders. I say it is about time. People these days have had to rely on credit cards to put the basic staples on their table. Yes some spend frivioulsy but not all. I also think that everyt transaction should be signed for even if the amount is below $25.
Some places do not even ask for ID and by signing for a purchase regardless of wether it is $250 or $25. A signature can say alot even when proving a charge was not made by the card holder. I will look forward to getting this new book and reading the wealth of information it could offer.
