Why three different fall off dates. I looked at all three of my credit reports and seen three different dates for one old debt. The first fall off date is early 2010 and one is late 2010. Why is there such a difference in these three dates?
You need to find out what the true date is and inform the other two with the correct informat5ion. Do you remember what the last activity was? Dig deep find the correct information and send them letters to correct it. I think that I will pull mine on Monday, eeeeeeeeeek, hate the thoughts of it.
I can find it on my credit report. I have all three copies. Okay the date of delinquecy is the same on all three. December 2003. (I swear it was before this but I was dealing with alot back then so it may be correct). Sp if it is the seven and a half years the earlier fall off date of 5/2010 would be correct would it not? The latest one is Sept. 2010 thats mroe than the alloted time for a debt to fall off.
If the date of delinquency is the same in all the three credit report, it would go off the credit report automatically after seven years and six months from the date of delinquency. If they do not come off the credit report by 5/2010, you can send a dispute letter to the credit bureaus and the credit bureaus will remove the listing from the credit report. Since the date of delinquency is mentioned correct in all the credit reports, you need not worry about the fall off dates.
So regardless of what each credit report sayd they will fall off anyway by the earlier date? I will continue to check as the date approaches. Should I give it until the beginning of June 2010 and then send disputes to the ones that did not fall off? This is my last bad marking and my report will be all good. I have been waiting for this.

I would just 'wait it out'. Looks like the 'Fall Off' dates are pretty close together (A few months apart..). Are the SOL's, on the items up?
Yes the SOl has been up on this account for a while. I am probaly going to wait it out but I was anxious to finally have my credit report crystal clear. This has been a long wait.
