Westbury Ventures has taken money from my account without my authorization. How do I get it back?

Visit the debt forums (link at top of this page)--the payday loan forums, specifically, and repost. Stay away from payday loans...they'll only make things worse for you, and I am certain this company is a PDL.

Do you owe money to the company?

Westbury Ventures is a company that offers PDL. If the debit has been fraudulent please go ahead and ask your bank to do a reverse pay explaining them the situation.

Please stay away from PAYDAY Loan.

yep...PDL's will get you into a trap...owing SOOO much %, on a 'short term loan'. There are alot of 'new' ones, hitting the Web now. It's really sad how comapnies can stoop so low.

I ordered text books from the website of Homeschool Stockroom in July, 2007. When the books arrived I was unable to pick them up at the Post Office. PO returned the books to Homeschool Stockroom. After persistently calling Homeschool Stockroom, I was just informed they were not sending me the books and was not refunding my $381. What can I do?

Did you pay by credit card? If so, you might have luck disputing with the issuing bank.

you have to present your case to the institute with documented proof as well. If they don't help you out then you can file suite in the court.
