Hi everyone, I have been hearing lately about credit repairing companies and the amount of work they get in their business. One of my cousins is running a credit repair business, I have talked to him about the business but, I need more information on this so that I can start my own credit repair business. Please do suggest your views on this!!!
The only thing that you can get here is the point of view of people who are debtors. I will give you my point of view.
1. Get to know the credit collection law and abide by it.
2. Don't treat debtors like they are pieces of crap.
3. If the debt is out of the particular states statute of limitations, don't conceal that fact from the debtor in a trick to have them make a payment and start it all over again.
4. Know that if you do violate the law that you can be sued.
5. Learn the definition of cease and desist.
6. Stay in tune with what is going on in the wild world of credit cards and credit, places like this is a good place to do that.
7. You get more bees with honey!!!!!
8. Stay away from junk debt.
I am sure their are others that will come here and add to this list. goodluck, hope you do well with your endeavor.
You really should try to make a good name for your self. The credit repair business has been getting a really bad rap and thats because there are so many companies out there that do not do as tehy claim. Just remember to be honest and hold up your end of the deal. You can only imagine how word of mouth can make or break a business.
Need information on credit repair business!!!
Credit repair business is a good business these days as more and more of the employers are having less time and they need someone to handle their credit affairs and look after the credit reports. Credit repair is the process of improving or rehabilitating one's financial reputation among creditors. It can be quite a successful business if handled with good efforts. Credit4profits would be able to give you more information on this.
This law opens the door for new Credit Repair Business Opportunities as your home based business. But before you start advertising, check with your local and State governments for any requirements you must consider, such as insurance for the company, licenses or certifications.
Sounds like a couple good places to start here. Good Luck on your business.
