Credit Report, Date Opened vs. Date Reported? Which one matter for SOL?

If you're referring to when a negative item will drop off your credit report, then it should be last activity: date of delinquency or date of charge off.

If you're referring to being sued, then it's often date of last payment; although this can vary from state to state.

Date of delinquency is considered while calculating SOL. DOD is the date of first when you went delinquent on an account.

I've noticed ( and please correct me if I'm wrong), out of the 3 CR's you can recieve, I've only noticed on 1 CR ( Transunion) that there is a 'drop-off' date. On the other CR's, are there 'drop-off' dates, and I'm just not noticing them??

Sorry, I don't remember what the other two look like. I usually just pull my TU report.
