I like to use the cash back coupons, if I spend $100 in six months I get a $20 or 30% off coupon mailed to me. Funny thing is that I have been getting fashion bug coupons popping out of the cash register at the grocery store that I use.

I have a discover but I never seen any cash back awards. We got an offer in the mail recently oin the form of a check that if you cashed it you would be signed up for the rewards program nut the yearly fee was like $70 and we don't use it that much to pay the amount asked.
I have one that works with our local grocery store, it just gives gas perks, but you can put your groceries and your perscriptions on it. Around the holidays the gift cards are double fuel perks so that is nice.
I wish Wal mart would offer this type of thing. Gosh htye get at least one third of the paycheck every two weeks plus perscriptions. Gas prices have been steadily coming down and I can tell the difference in the budget. Doesn't take so much money to fill the tank and with what you save its enough for a burger off the dollar menu.

We have no co pay now on generic drugs so I usually don't bother with the mail system plus some of my non generic drugs can cost up to $25 and I don't have $75 dollars to lay out at one time. Soemtimes it is best to kepp trying one store and not applying at several. Stores have qutas of credit cards to fill and when they are behind they will sometimes approve a person that doesn't have the best credit. I am not real sure if they will be doing that now though due to the economy and other factors. More and more people are falling behind on credit card debt...even ones with great credit due to jobs losses and stuff so credit card companies may be wary.
That is what I had to do, I just got a fashion bug card, it ain't much but it is a start on building a payment history with a different type of tradeline. I just charge a little on it here and there, pay it off and start off agian.

I always remind people as long as they continually work to rebuild their credit then a few years from now this will all be behind you. Yes you got to deal wiht the consquences until then but the sooner you gert working at it the better off you will be. I just have the doctor call the prescriptions into giant eagle, you can get a 90 day supply for $10 on some of them.
Wow thats really a great deal. Just hope since they brought up the idea of taxing health benefits that noone runs with the idea.
