Is the debt out of the SOL?
I'm sure they'd accept payment in full, I'm not sure they'd accept a payment plan. Be careful, though. If the debt is out of SOL, any payment you make (or promise to make) could restart the clock.
Morningstar is right. Cach has negative reports as far as their work goes.
Even if you are going to be sued, you can go for a settlement. Try and negotiate for a settlement only if you have responded in writing to the first court summon.
Have you replied to the court summon, or have you not received that as yet?
Take care of the SOL as stated by Morningstar. If its not over as yet the whole term of your debt can reopen.
