I currently have the following payday loans:
Integrity Advance, I borrowed $300 and I have paid back over $800 no idea how much more they are saying I owe probably the full amount
Ameriloan borrowed $400 and I have paid approx $1100 and they say I still owe $325.00
Cash Direct Express borrowed $400 still owe $325 paid over $900
Nationwide Cash $400 paid back $240
Are these companies legal in SC and what can I do in order to stop these from coming out of my bank account?
all ilegal
all of these are illegal in just about every state inclding yours.so you need to close your account now.open a new one.you can open the new account with the samme bank, but speak with a manager to do this as they will close that account, and open a new one not linked to the old one.last thing you only owe the principle being as all your loans are illegal, and you waaay overpaid all of them.
All the above mentioned lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. No interest, no fees. As you have already overpaid them, so ask them for the refund. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. If required file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC immediately.
