I have three different pay day loans in Pennsylvania.
White Hills Cash
Payday Mobility
Blue Star Results
Are any of these legal in my state or should I follow your process for getting rid of them. I have paid them each about 70 to 90 dollars for about two months straight every two weeks but I was under the impression that was a fee and not actually paid on the principal. Is there something that can be done? Please help!

Disputed an innacurate account one deleted two did not, now

I have disputed with Equifax my name being listed on a loan for which I did not sign. I was on the associated checking account therefore listed as a co borrower but was added to the checking and loan well after both were opened. That being said, Equifax has removed the item from my credit report. I then disputed with TransUnion and Experian online and received a confirmation that the account was correct. I now realize that the options given to dispute an account were to broad and did not fit my situation.
