I think I'm calling Sky Blue tomorrow to secure their services and wanted to know of any success stories from using them. I'd also be interested in anything derogatory as well.
When I started working on my credit back in February '13 (in preparation to get a mortgage in February '14) my scores were 510, 515, and 523. I've been working hard to bring them up the last 6 months. They are now at 571, 565, and 580.
The mortgage broker I spoke to back in February said that I'd need a minimum credit score of 640 to qualify, and although I've made great strides, I'm still falling short. Looking at my Credit Karma and Equifax Credit monitoring accounts, I see a few more things that can be done, and I know these are things that can be done myself, but honestly, being a single parent, I lack the time and patience to do these things (write letters, wait, write more letters, wait).
I wanted to know of any recent good experiences people had with this company.
