My husband bought a suv and Ford Motor Cor reposed it, it was sold at auction for 9000.00 he only owed 13000.00 it was turned over to an attorney and they are Garnishing his wages for the full 13000.00 will a cease and Desist letter work with a Garnishment

alot goes into a car repo.there is nothing you can do now that the garnishment is in effect.i do have one query.did you go to court over this?if so then you have no recourse.if not then you need to get to the courthouse and find out about this,but no a C&D IS ridiculous now.
I don’t think a Cease and Desist letter will work in this case. If this garnishment is occurring under court order, then you have nothing to do in this regard.
