What do you know about Fredrick J. Hanna & Associates?
This company is really making me mad. They are demanding payment in full this morning! They gave me a settlelment offer of 80%. I said that I could not pay that. They put that down as a refusal to pay. I said that I was not refusing to pay, just to able to pay them 80%. So as of 4pm yesterday, they cave me until 8am today to get payment in full. What can I do?

Hello kidzthatcount,

It seems that you need to enroll yourself in a debt consolidation program. This will help you in dealing with the concerned company and pay debt as per the settlement as the consultant starts handling all the issues.

Then go for a debt validation letter before paying the concerned company. However you should do all these only after consulting the consultant.

In addition to this ask them not to call you repeatedly as this is prohibited under FDCPA rules otherwise you can sue them. Hope this helps.

Aaron

Hi kidzthatcount,

First I will suggest you to ready your financial status before contacting your creditors. You can then write to them about the problems that you are facing or contact them and explain them your situation; the hardships you are facing and so you are unable to pay the debt with such high interest rates.

After getting the approval from your creditor regarding the settlements ask them to provide you with an agreement that states the terms on repayment.

Hope this will help you out of your problem.

Regards,

Aaron
