I desperately needed help to collect personal loan owed to me by my brother-in-laws' cousin, to help her when she was about to lose her house in May, 2005. She borrowed $25,000.00 from me and she promised to pay me the following September, 2005. Until now, she failed to pay me. I have a signed letters and promissory notes. Right now, she is not answering my repeated calls. What will I do.
You can take legal action and file a lawsuit for recovery of the debt. You have the necessary documents to provide proof of a valid claim that is not being returned by your brother-in-law's cousin.
