Hi, im being sued by winn law firm, due to a repossed vehicle that was sold and they are charging me the difference. I have contacted them to try and settle outside of court. They have given me the run around.....now they are telling me that my case is on hold per their clients request(ally financial). Should i answer the court summons? whats going to happen? Thanks!
