I sent a payment for deletion letter with a 15-day response period (I got the sample letter off the internet) It's been past that time and I still have not received a response, what should I do next? I've read other posts regarding this and I guess the normal response time is 30-days. Should I wait til then before making any further actions?
Also, should I have contacted the credit bureau about this or wait until the 30 days has passed?
I guess you may get it disputed with the CRAs. I don't see any reason to wait if the listings aren't proper. You can make your move and none can stop you. The CRAs are bound to get things investigated.
