I just find out that my mother has an judgement against her

I found out that i have been paying on my mothers taxes for over 5yrs. now. And that the house that she purchase over 8yrs. has'nt been changed over in her name and she paid them cash for the house what can i do. Also my name is on the judgement but I've never had any problems buying a home and cars and it never showed up on my credit at all and this judgement is over 15yrs. old. Please help

I'm still not clear as to who filed this lawsuit against you. I'm sure you can throw some more light in to it.
