I paid the library and they notified Unique Management(their collection agency). Unique Management updated it today with the credit bureaus, but the credit bureaus won't update it on my credit report for two to three weeks. I thought the credit bureaus were, in a sense working to help us, to make sure our reports are accurate? If they are, then why wouldn't they automatically update our report when new information comes in? And how come it takes so long to update the score? Is it a once a year thing or something?
