Warrant in Debt from Capital One - HELP!!

I need advice for a Warrant in Debt I received from Capital One.

I opened the card in 2003 or 2004 and the last purchase made on it was in 2006.

I am not sure the last time I made a payment on the card, but it could have been as long ago as 2007.

My court date is March 17th.

I am frustrated by the amount the company says I owe since the bulk of it is fees.

I cannot pay the amount they ask for. I am a full-time student with a small part-time job and student loans.

What should I do?
