I'm not sure if I should sue them..yet. It's not on my credit report yet. I'm thinking that's why they haven't reported it..no proof. I know more details would be nice, but it's a very long story. It's about an ATT bill and equipment they want money for. Can't even provide any proof. I just need to keep it off my report, so I figured sue them... I dont just want to wait and give them time to obtain a judgement ( 440 Dollars and 83 Dollars. 2different agencies though. How do I deal with this?
Sorry, gotta add more. Can I even sue? There's nothing I can sue for..now that I think about it. Must I wait for them to sue ME to prove them wrong/dispute their so-called "proof".
