My current payroll company is continuing to garnish wages after the bankruptcy has been discharged. For the past month and a half they have been garnishing my pay after all the appropiate paperwork has been faxed, re-faxed and faxed again. Calls from the attorney who took care of the bankruptcy are completely ignored and calls from the sheriffs are also ignored. Please help.
