Where can I borrow $3000 to pay off all my payday loans?

I find myself in a vicious cycle of having seven payday loans. I do not have any money left out of payroll check much less enough to pay all bills on time. My dad committed suicide; I moved in with my mom and 14 YOA sister to help emotionally and financially. I helped my sister then get thru college; she earned her Bachelor's in Nursing; in the meantime our mom became ill and passed away just before her graduation. She has a young daughter who needed caring for also. To make ends meet I made the mistake of getting one payday loan which led to another and another; if I can find someone who will lend me $3000, I can get all these paid off and then be able to repay this loan over a period of 12 months. This will financially put me back on my feet and get me out from under this everyday stressful situation. I am looking for a parttime job in addition to my full time day job; this will help tremendously. This has been going on for two years now and I cannot dig out. Thanks for any help!
