MY GOODNESS!! How horrible!! Why doesn't anyone inform the consumer if/when they are considering these kind of programs!!?? If the Consumers weren't trying to do something about their financial problems, they wouldn't get into these programs in the first place. You have to give Consumers 'credit' for wanted to fix/improve their situations.
