My checking account was just garnished and is now 4700 in the negative....all of my income is from child support and alimony.....I live in Missouri.....is there n e thing I can do?
Do you know who garnished it and what it was for? That stinks, how can the bank let it go so far in the negative without alerting you. You will need to post more details about the garnisher for someone to help you.
