I had a summons to pay the Cash Store which was a pay-advanced loan on a promise to pay them back I paid a couple of payments the loan was 500 and when I realized how crazy the amount I was paying back was not what was told to me I couldn't afford to continue to pay considering I am on a fixed income. so long story short my grandparents got a summons and it was from the cash store I tried to contact them but they wanted me to go to the court house and all this nonsense which I dont do well in those places. So after about two months after the summons now my grandfather hands me a judgment and its asking about exceptions which I dont know where to began. The cash store knows I am on ssdi and yet their still trying to collect I hope they cant have my ssdi taken from me I dont know what I wold do if that happaned worst case if they do garnish I hope they only take what is left of the loan which is about 600 dollors ….I am freaking out here
