Howdy forum,
When my wife and I got married, she had some Visa card debt. We worked actually hard the first four years of our marriage to repay that debt and we did.
I had to tell Mary today that we could not enroll her, simply because there was no benefit in her case. Mary came to me with 2 Chase accounts and a Citi account. She had been in a program before and defaulted due to unemployment. She again attempted while she was getting on her feet and eventually stopped making payments because she wasn’t making enough money. After establishing stable employment Mary attempted a consolidation program again and came across our company searching online.

Has anyone heard of this company? I looked at their website online at fiddles credit support dot com and it looks like a good company. It's a very informative website with a lot of good information on it I thought. The representative I talked to told me to do some homework on the industry and look around at all my options, so I thought this might be a good place to start. I looked at some other webpages of different companies but they all seemed like they didn't care about much other than getting my information so they could call or email.
Hello al! Here is my situation.
I currently have a Capital One card assigned to NCO. The total balance is $3856.94. It is about 150 days out all together for non-payment.
I have verified with Capital One that NCO did not buy the debt and that all collections must go through NCO.
Before I found any of these wonderful resources on your site and DCC, I entered into settlement negotiations with NCO.
Would it be wise to send a copy of the paper the court gave me showing the case was discontinued to the CRA in disputing this alledged debt on my credit report, or should I send them a copy of the civil outcome from the court web page. Each one shows the outcome of the case. The plaintiff was a no-show. They were the ones who sued me, all the threatening letters, then don't show. Any advice would be appreciated.
Hello. I have a lot of outstanding debt...the sum is totaling around $6000 spread over 5 accounts. I am trying to figure out a way to pay these off in a matter I know I can do but I'm not getting much luck with negotiating. The problem I'm running in to is that they're all so old. The debts I've accrued are about 2 years old. Two are overrdrafted bank accounts that are in collections. One I spoke to offered some repayment options but kept saying they'd need a downpayment of around 600 dollars, which is really steep for me to afford at this point for just one debt.
