Filing fraud charges or check fraud charges

I understand that Ky law states that on line lending is illegal and they can't collect on the principal nor fees but these pdl's are saying that they are filing fraud charges or check fraud charges. Can they do that?

Welcome to the forums!!!
No they can’t. They are telling a lie. Don’t rely on their words. They are just trying to scare you. You owe them only the principal, no interest, no fees. Close down your bank account and open a new one. If required file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.

They can't - don't worry. They are illegal. Simply pay back the principal and you are done.

You gotten away from serious debt troubles this time but that doesn't necessarily mean that you'll be successful every time you mess up your finances.

So, the best advice here for you will be to spend cautiously, avoid excessive use of credit cards, make frequent cash payments, build up an emergency as well as a retirement fund and the likes.
