I think they are collection agencies. If so, you wouldn't have opened an account with them; they would either be assigned to collect on it, or they could have purchased the debt. If you don't belong in collections, then contact the collectors (assuming they are a CA), and dispute the debt.
As morningstar said, they are collection agencies. Midland Credit Management and Pinnacle Financial Group are collection agencies if they are what you are talking about. I think they must have bought some previous credit of yours and are now trying to collect it from you.
Speak to them and find out about your debts. If you find they are not yours send a letter of dispute to the Credit Bureaus.
