I am really having a ruff morning! I'm so over this entire situation, the stress is killing me....I wake up every morning so nerous and feeling like I'm going to cry all day...I'm making progress but its taking soooo long. I'm so worried about my credit cards I've not made any payments since September or October. I never miss payments like this. But to get these pdls taken care of I have no choice. The phone rings off the hook daily. Once I get the pdls taken care of it will be February (I think). I just so worried about what will happen with the credit cards, how I'm I going to get them straight?
It would be better for you to consolidate your credit card debts. If possible try to negotiate with your credit card company and set up a payment arrangement with them. Make your payments asap, otherwise the credit card company can file a lawsuit against you.
Which is the state you are in and which are the PDLs? You should not stop making payments on the credit cards too. Your credit is going to be hurt, and I fear that have already happened. You need to start with the credit card payments immediately.
