What is a recommendation for court?

I got a phone call from a Nick Garcia from United States Credit Agency 951-973-7777 said that I have 3 hours to call him back with a payment plan or else they will send out a recommendation for me to go to court over a 300 payday loan that they won't send me "paper" documentation that I even took out is this legal. What is a recommendation for court or legal proceedings?

They are scammers mate. Don’t rely on their words and don’t share any personal information with them. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.

yep scammers.i'm suprised they didn't use the "downloaded"verbage as that is a favorite scare tactic of a bottomfeeding scam.as the poster above advised.report and ignore.
