I have been reading your comments and think you all can help. I am contemplating closing my bank account but have one storefront pdl. I have others online with ftr processing,paycheck today, cashnetusa, cash transfer centers, purpose loans, cash call. I don't know what to do but I do know that I can't live like this anymore. This helped me through a family tragedy but is now killing me. I have about 3200.00 in balances not including fees. What should I do? I live in Georgia.
Payday lending is prohibited in Georgia. All of your lenders are illegal in this state. You owe them nothing more than the borrowed amount. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything.
Close down your bank account to stop unnecessary balance deduction from your account. In case you don't have enough funds at your disposal to repay your debts, you may settle your debts.
