I have so far paid $429.00 for a $250 loan with NLS cash advance. I am told there will be another payment coming out for $279.00. I never signed a contract, on request they finally sent me a contract that says I electronically signed, which I didn't. I submitted my information online for a loan, and next thing I knew there was $250.00 deposited into my account, I didn't even know where it came from, but this site helped me find out by what was written on my bank statement. How do I stop another payment from coming out without closing my bank account? I live in Pennsylvania if you need to know that.

Payday lending is prohibited in Pennsylvania. All lenders in this state are illegal. You owe them nothing more than the principal. No interest, no fees. Don’t use that deposited amount. Ask your bank to return back that money. It would be better for you to close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. If required, you can file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC immediately.

Simply close down your bank account so that they can't withdraw money from your account.
