I have quite a few loans. Its out of control. I found myself divorce needing an apartment and I just kept getting some but I can't pay them off. I live in NJ and have the following companies.
Delaware Cash Fund Loan was for 700 I owe 926 pymts 220
NetCash 650 payments 150
Speedy 520 payments 120
Payday services 700 payments 238
STC Loan 300 pymnts 79
MYCashNow 700 payments 130
Upfront money 300 89 payments
I have not closed my checking i'm scared. I want to make sure nothing happens. I know if I close my checking and pay them off on my own I could probably get rid of them quicker than the payments they are deducting.
Payday lending is prohibited in NJ. All lenders in your state are illegal. You are required to pay them only the principal balance, nothing more than that. You should close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t share any personal information with them.
