Does anyone have any information on United Cash Loans? Are they legal in North Carolina? They are calling my family members and threatening to process me.
for one no loan is legal in NC,and two this is a tribal piece of garbage.have everyone called by these idiots to file police reports as the threats broke the law.when they call you respond this way:
no lender,much less a tribal lender can take criminal action.next call will be reported to my local police.everyone you called before did so as well.
if you feel intimidated then simply ignore future calls.but know any threats are empty and pathetic.

If you borrow money from them, then just pay back them the principal and get out of this vicious cycle. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC asap.
