If I can't get an illegal lender's address to send them money how do I pay them off?? They only seem to want my bank account number and won't take any other form of payment. They are not getting my new account number! They call every number I have to harass me but won't let me send them money. Doesn't make any sense.

stick yo your guns.no address means no money.also did you report them to your AG,AND THE FTC.if not do so asap,but never give illegals new bank info.
Paul is right. Don’t share any personal information with this illegal crap. Don’t give them any money without a valid address proof. Always make your payments via money order, since it’s less risky.
Doesn't make sense at all. Don't share any financial information with them. Just ignore them.
