Loan in good standing with VIP cash

I live in the state of Virginia and I noticed PDL's are illegal. I currently have a loan in good standing with VIP cash but I've just called them and noticed on a $400 loan I still owe $315. Any advice on how I can approach this? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Payday lending is legal in Virginia. But VIP Cash is an illegal lender all over the state of US. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. No interest, no fees. Simply close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. You may ask them for the refund, if you have overpaid them.
