Anybody have any luck actually getting a refund from an internet PDL (illegal in KY) after you have paid them way more than the principal? If so, how did you go about it?
You may ask your illegal lender to give you a refund, but it fully depends on their discretion whether or not to return back your money. In this case it would be better for you to close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
Its tough, but you still can try. I have never ever taken out a PDL, but have heard that it's almost impossible.
