Yeah...debts are civil, not a criminal offense. So they can’t arrest you. They are trying to scare you, nothing else. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
Nobody can arrest you so chill. This is no criminal offence after all. You could also file a complaint against them if you're harassed way too much.
No one can arrest you for non payment of debts. This is a civil offence and so chill!!!
