Trying to sneak and sue me

Can United Cash Loans, Discount Advances, Ameriloan, and Plain Green sue me. I followed the directions from this website and it has been week and I haven't heard any responses from anyone. Are they trying to sneak and sue me?

Welcome to the forums!!!
No they can’t sue you because all of your lenders are illegal. You owe them nothing more than the principal. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one. Ask them for a refund, if you have overpaid them.

Hi,

In general most of the payday lenders are illegal or are not allowed to lend in a state. So, they can't sue you. There's nothing to worry.
