Recently I pulled my credit report for all 3 bureaus and one of the accounts that I had with Omni World Toyota / leasing car ended in July 2009. It shows that I was late 2 months.
The problem is that they are still reporting it to the credit bureaus and the lease has been finished so should I send a good will letter to them so they can remove those 2 months that were affected or what should I do? Please help!!!

The listing will be there if they are reporting correctly. You can send a goodwill letter surely. However, these letters are hardly accepted these days.

Gerry is right. It will remain on your credit report for 7 years from the date of your first default.
