I have a repo that im trying to get off my credit. I have paid the balance in full but I wasn't aware of the Pfd letter. So can anyone give me any advice.
You have paid off the balance, and now I don't think the lender or collection agency (who you have paid) will agree to "Pay for delete" (PFD) agreement. However, you can send a Goodwill letter requesting them to remove the negative on the basis of goodwill.
