The situation: My MBNA account was changed to Bank of America when the two merged. But the FIA CSNA is being listed on my credit report as a delinquent account. How to correct this?
FIA CSNA was formerly called MBNA. So if you had any credit card with FIA CSNA, the listing may be in reference to that. However, if you had no account with FIA CSNA you can dispute this with the credit bureaus.
