Can you tell whether or not you or your daughter took any payday loans? Which state are you in?

Sometimes, when I get strange numbers, on my Caller ID. I don't answer the phone. However..I WILL try and all the number back. Usually I get a recording that.."you're call can't go through." When I get a recording like that, I'm assuming it's an out of country number. I've 'dealt' with PDL in the past (I think we all have). I just assume it's one of these companies.
