My girlfriend, sent a PFD letter about two and a half weeks ago and this is what they sent her back. What should we do from here.

Hi Derrick,
I really don't understand this. Can I know whether or not your girlfriend had sent a debt validation letter to this collection agency? What about the debt? Did this collection agency try to colelct on the debt before this?
Thanks,
Aaron
