i have already recvd a summons and will be filing my answer and motion for discovery tommorow. Do i still need to send a validation of debt or with the motion of discovery take care of that
No, you don't need to send a debt validation letter to the company or colelction agnecy whoever is suing you. You will get all the details from the court itself. If you request the court clerk to provide you all the paperworks, you will get all the required details from that.
