I HAVE 16 CREDITORS ON MY CREDIT REPORT ALL HOSPITAL BILL CANT AFFORD TO PAY I JUST APPLIED FOR SOCIAL SECURITY THAT MEANS I HAVE NO INCOME AT THIS TIME WHATSOEVER LOTS OF THIS BILLS ARE FROM MY SONS ONE WAS BORN PREMATURE AND THE OTHER ONE GETS EPILEPTIC SEIZURES AND THEY HAD INSURANCE AT THE TIME BUT I COULD NOT AFFORD COPAYMENTS SINCE THEY WHERE SOLD TO CREDITORS SHOULD I WRITE A VALIDATION OF DEBT LETTERS OR SHOULD I JUST FILE BANKRUPCY

It is better to avoid bankruptcy. Bankruptcy hurts your credit, and lowers your credit score by 200-250 points.

Hospitals have their financial assistance offices. You can seek help from them. Most of the time they agree to a reasonable, reduced payment plan. You need to talk about your financial hardship.
