Hi, I've talked about a judgment here before but I have another question. I had a judgment against me about a year ago, which I satisfied. Is it possible to contact the CA/Attorney to come to some agreement to have the judgment vacated and thus taken off my credit report?

Hi Franko,
If a judgment is valid, and if the collection agency had properly served you, you will not be bale to vacate the judgment. You do not negotiate with the collection agency to vacate a judgment.
Even if you talk about removing the judgment from your credit report, it is not possible. Judgment once entered on the credit report, stays there for 7 years. Even if you pay off the judgment amount (satisfied), it cannot be removed.
