Summons question - Please Help!!!

Not sure how to answer the last question in the summons I was served with:

"WHEREFORE, plaintiff prays for a judgment against the above-named defendants and their marital community as follows:
1. For the principal sum of $xxxx.xx.
2. Its costs incurred in this action and attorney's fees as provided for by contract.
3. For post judgment interest to run at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of judgment.
4. Such other further and equitable relief as the Court may deem just and proper."

I'm not a lawyer and have no idea what I should say to these, other than no way! I need help with actual phrasing.

I am afraid no one here is a lawyer. You should consult a lawyer about this. You may also request the court clerk to help you in answering to the summons.
