This should not be so difficult. You charged me $1.00 and I will not charge any more if I cannot get that off my bill and onto paperless statements. Seems like there are alot of questions on you format.

Coming to your problem, you first need to sign up with the card company to register yourself for the paperless facility.
Can I know the name of the credit card company with which you are trying to register for the paperless statements? However, you will get the web address of the card company at the back of the card itself. Use that address to visit the page, and then sign up with the card company. After that you can register for the paperless statements.
