i dont know what to do.. i recently got into a automobile accident and i didnt know my insurance was canceled.. i have not yet been sued but i know it is coming. this is my very 1st car accident and im lost. i have talked 2 lawyers and a few of them have said file bankruptcy.. can i do that? they accident didnt do damage to my car but he was driving a motorcycle and he turned as he turned on his turn signal which didnt give me proper time to stop i was only goin 10 maybe 15mph he fell off his bike and his bike had damage do to it falling and the gravel.. it didnt land on him or n e thing now he is claiming he has broken bones.. i was given a ticket for unsure clear distance.. it is my fault because in the state of ohio if u rear end someone its ur fault.. please help im lost!! thank you

If you have any document to prove that it wasn't entirely your fault, you may be able to get out of this problem. Other than that, I am afraid there is no other way out. Can I know as to why are you considering bankruptcy? Don't you have money to pay this off?
