I ran across this article online:

searchwarp.com/swa18286.htm

The end part was very intriguing to me, but explained nothing:

"My persistence was rewarded when I managed to discover little-known methods that I utilized to increase my score. As a matter of fact, my Equifax score went from 604 to 644 in only 24 hours!"

I have been trying to get approved on a $26,000 loan for dental work, and found that my score was about 30pts to low to get approved.

The dental work I need done is urgent, so how on earth did he manage to raise his score so quickly is what I would love to know...

Hi Skystarlit,

Welcome to this community :)

Maybe the article is talking about getting yourself added as an authorized user. You can try to improve your credit score by requesting any of your relatives or friends to add you as an authorized user on their account. That person will have to have a very good score. This can improve your score, once this gets listed on your credit report.

However, you need to know that if in any way the real holder of the accounts fails to maintain the good account status, it can negatively affect your credit score too.

Thanks,

Aaron
